Failed Applications
- Western blot
Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry. Not suggested for use in Western Blot. Immunohistochemistry: 1:1-1:50. On tissue fixed briefly with 0.5% glutaraldehyde, 4% paraformaldehyde, methanol or acetone. Prolonged fixation must be avoided. Immunocytochemistry: Neuron, astrocyte, smooth muscle, fibroblast and epithelial cell lines.

Storage
Short term: store at 4°C. Long term: aliquot and store at -20°C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles. Store undiluted.
