  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use

Synthetic peptide from human AP3D1 / AP3.
aa 686-698 of Human AP3D1.
Immunohistochemistry: LS-B345 was validated for use in immunohistochemistry on a panel of 21 formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human tissues after heat induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen. The stained slides were evaluated by a pathologist to confirm staining specificity. The optimal working concentration for LS-B345 was determined to be 2.5 ug/ml.

0.02 M potassium phosphate, 0.15 M sodium chloride, pH 7.2, 0.01% sodium azide.
+4°C or -20°C, Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

About AP3D1 / Adaptin Delta

O14617 NM_003938 NP_003929.4

AP3D1 Antibody, ADTD Antibody, Adaptin, delta Antibody, AP-3 complex subunit delta Antibody, AP-3 complex subunit delta-1 Antibody, Delta adaptin Antibody, Delta-adaptin Antibody, Delta-adaptin, partial CDS Antibody, Ap-3 complex delta subunit Antibody, HBLVR Antibody

Part of the AP-3 complex, an adaptor-related complex which is not clathrin-associated. The complex is associated with the Golgi region as well as more peripheral structures. It facilitates the budding of vesicles from the Golgi membrane and may be directly involved in trafficking to lysosomes. In concert with the BLOC-1 complex, AP-3 is required to target cargos into vesicles assembled at cell bodies for delivery into neurites and nerve terminals.

Anti-AP3D1 antibody IHC of human lung, respiratory epithelium. Immunohistochemistry of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue after heat-induced antigen retrieval. Antibody LS-B345 concentration 5 ug/ml.

Western blot

Western blot
Anti-AP3D1 Antibody - Western Blot. Western blot of Affinity Purified anti-AP3D1 antibody shows detection of a 130-kD band corresponding to Human AP3D1 in a HeLa whole cell lysate. The lower molecular weight band most likely represents non-specific binding. Approximately 20 ug of lysate was run on a SDS-PAGE and transferred onto nitrocellulose followed by reaction with a 1:500 dilution of anti-AP3D1 antibody. Detection occurred using a 1:5000 dilution of HRP-labeled Rabbit anti-Goat IgG for 1 hour at room temperature. A chemilumi-nescence system was used for signal detection (Roche) using a 30-sec exposure time.
