Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use
Alpha Amylase antibody was raised against alpha-Amylase [B. amyloliquefaciens].
anti-Biotin, anti-Rabbit Serum as well as purified and partially purified a-Amylase [B. amyloliquefaciens]. Cross reactivity against a-Amylase from other sources may occur but has not been specifically determined
This product has been assayed against 1.0 ug of a-Amylase in a standard capture ELISA using Peroxidase Conjugated Streptavidin and ABTS as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature.
0.02 M potassium phosphate, 0.15 M sodium chloride, pH 7.2, 10 mg/ml BSA (IgG, protease free), 0.01% sodium azide.
Store lyophilized at 4°C. Once reconstituted, aliquot and store at -20°C. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles. Store undiluted.
