Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Adeno-Associated Virus AAV VP1 + VP2 + VP3
Adeno-Associated Virus (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
Protein A purified
Specificity and Use
Adeno-associated virus capsid proteins and virus particles. Epitope: 726 to aa733 (C-terminus; common to all 3 VP proteins).
Recognizes AAV-2 found in human and monkey. Cross-reactive with AAV-1, AAV-3, AAV-4, AAV-5 and AAV-6 (weak cross-reactivity with AAV-4, AAV-5, AAV-11 and AAV-12).
Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Immunoprecipitation, and Affinity chromatography. Immunohistochemistry: 1:10. Fix with formaldehyde. Incubation Time 1 hr at RT. Immunoprecipitation: Mainly free VP proteins.
Lyophilized from 0.5% BSA, 0.09% sodium azide
50 µl Reconstitute with 1ml sterile ddH2O.
For long term, store at -20°C. Avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.
