Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Mouse Monoclonal (IgG1) to Adeno-Associated Virus AAV VP1 + VP2

Adeno-Associated Virus AAV VP1 + VP2
Adeno-Associated Virus (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
Protein A purified
Specificity and Use
AAV VP1 + VP2 antibody was raised against adeno-associated virus capsid proteins and virus particles.
Recognized AAV-2, found in human and monkey. Weak cross-reaction with serotypes 1, 3, and 6. Reacts with VP 1 and VP 2 of adeno-associated virus which are highly enriched in the nucleus. Epitope mapping experiments identified aa169 to aa184 of VP2 and (with reduced intensity) aa123 to aa136 of VP1 capsid proteins as the specific binding region.
Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence microscopy, Immunohistochemistry, Immunoprecipitation, Western Blot. Immunohistochemistry: 1:10; Incubation Time 1 hr at room temperature.
Lyophilized from PBS, 0.5% BSA, 0.09% sodium azide. Reconstitute to 1 ml final volume.
