- The Assay Diluent (Non-Mammalian) formulation includes non-mammalian protein and proprietary detergent additives to help minimize nonspecific background signal. This diluent also contains a proprietary calcium chelating agent designed to inhibit interference from complement and thrombin present in serum and plasma samples. Assay Diluent (Non-Mammalian) does not contain any immunoglobulin-based components that could interfere with anti-IgG signal-generating formats. An antimicrobial agent is included in the formulation to allow for bench-top use and storage stability. • pH: 7.4 at 1X • Contains: Non-mammalian Proteins • Supplied At: 1X • Storage: 2-8°C
