Description

Antigen-Down HRP Conjugate Stabilizer is a unique HRP stabilizer formulation specifically designed for use with anti-IgG-HRP conjugates. This HRP stabilizing diluent contains proprietary non-mammalian protein additives that will not interfere with anti-IgG-HRP conjugates used in antigen-down immunoassays or sandwich ELISA formats. These additives also provide additional structural stability to the IgG-HRP conjugate protein complex. Antigen-Down HRP Conjugate Stabilizer will also inhibit conjugate binding to nonspecific serum proteins bound to the plate, reducing conjugate bridging on the plate surface and lowering background noise.
