Can I purchase with a PO?

Yes. To pay by purchase order, contact customerservice@vectorlabs.com or call (800) 227-6666. If you have terms, we will apply your existing payment terms to your LSBio e-commerce account. Otherwise, we will help you set up payment terms and we'll update your e-commerce account accordingly.

Will my order reflect my tax-exempt status?

If you are tax-exempt and see tax applied to your order, contact customerservice@vectorlabs.com and provide documentation of your tax-exempt status. We will update your account to reflect it.

Where are my past orders?

Orders placed on or after September 1, 2026 will appear in your account. Order history from the previous website (prior to September 1) will not carry over.

I placed an order on the previous website. What is its status?

Orders placed on the previous site will be processed and shipped as usual. Email customerservice@vectorlabs.com or call (800) 227-6666 with your order number for a status update.
