Recognizes Mu Opioid Receptor (391-398) and the reactivity of Mu Opioid Receptor is ~50%. Does not react to Delta Opioid Receptor (360-371), Delta Opioid Receptor, Kappa Opioid Receptor (346-380) and Kappa Opioid Receptor. Has been shown to be specific for the COOH terminal of the mu opioid receptor.
