Usage
Western Blot: Preliminary experiments gave an approx 150kD band in Human Colon, Duodenum, Ileum, Heart and Uterus lysates after 0.1 ug/ml antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 79.8kD according to NP_057382.2. The 150kD band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. Have any further splice variants/modified forms been reported?
