Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot and ELISA. Western Blot: 1-10 ug/ml (ECL). Load ~100-400 ug of membrane protein/lane to visualize the receptor band. ELISA: 0.5-1 ug/ml (1 ug/ml immunogen peptide/well).
