Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Cryptosporidium (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
Protein G purified
Flow Cytometry (1:5 - 1:50)
Specificity and Use
Cryptosporidium antibody was raised against purified oocysts from bovine feces.
Recognizes a membrane antigen expressed by the oocysts of Cryptosporidium sp., an obligate intracellular parasite of the phylum Apicomplexa. The genome of Cryptosporidium sp. is one of the smallest among unicellular eukaryotic organisms.
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Immunofluorescence. Flow Cytometry: 1:5-1:50; 10 ul labels 10^6 cells in 100ul.
PBS, pH 7.4, 1% BSA, 0.09% sodium azide
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. Sensitive to light.
