Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, ELISA and Immunohistochemistry. Also suitable for immunostaining of extra- or intracellular components in light microscopy. Indirect Immunofluorescence: 1:40 for frozen bovine liver and skin tissue with fluorescein anti-rabbit IgG conjugate. ELISA: 1:100. Immunohistochemistry: 1:250 on fixed bovine paraffin sections.
