Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use
CLEC4B antibody was raised against nS0-derived rmDCAR.
Detects rmDCAR in direct ELISAs.
Flow Cytometry: This antibody was validated for flow cytometry using dendritic cells. Dilute this antibody to 25 ug/ml and add 10 ul of the diluted solution to 1-2.5 x 10^5 dells in a total reaction volume not exceeding 200 L. The binding of unlabeled monoclonal antibodies may be visualized by adding 10 ul of a 25 ug/ml stock solution of a secondary developing reagent such as goat anti-rat IgG conjugated to a fluorochrome. Direct ELISA: This antibody can be used at 0.5-1.0 ug/ml with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect mouse DCAR. The detection limit for rmDCAR is approximately 5 ng/well.
Lyophilized powder from a 0.2 um filtered solution in PBS, 5% trehalose. Reconstitute, sterile PBS, 40-50% glycerol. If 0.2 ml is used, the concentration will be 0.5 mg/ml.
