Synthetic peptide derived from the C-Terminus of human claudin-10.

Specificity
Reacts with claudin-10 protein. On Western blots, it identifies a band at ~21kD. Bands of unknown origin are observed at ~75kD, ~70kD, ~35kD and/or ~17kD in some homogenates. Western blots using mouse brain homogenates produced a single band at ~21kD. Reactivity has been confirmed with mouse kidney, rat kidney and mouse brain homogenates for Western blot, and frozen.

Usage
Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry, Immunofluorescence and Western Blot. Immunohistochemistry )frozen, mouse): 3-6 ug/ml. Immunofluorescence: 3-6 ug/ml. Western Blot: 1-3 ug/ml. To date for all assays this antibody has only been tested against mouse samples.
