Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use
CENPF / CENP-F antibody was raised against gST fusion protein expressed in E. coli corresponding to aa 1759-2093 of human mitosin.
mitosin, a 350 kD phosphoprotein that is specifically involved in mitotic-phase progression. Mitosin is expressed throughout S, G2, and M phases of the cell cycle, but is absent in G0 and G1. It associates with the mitotic apparatus during M-phase and is redistributed from the nucleus to the centromere, spindle, and midbody during M-phase progression. Its usefulness as a proliferation marker is under active investigation
CENPF Antibody, AH antigen Antibody, Centromere protein F Antibody, CENF Antibody, CENP-F Antibody, Kinetochore protein CENPF Antibody, Mitosin Antibody, CENP-F kinetochore protein Antibody, Hcp-1 Antibody, PRO1779 Antibody
Required for kinetochore function and chromosome segregation in mitosis. Required for kinetochore localization of dynein, LIS1, NDE1 and NDEL1. Regulates recycling of the plasma membrane by acting as a link between recycling vesicles and the microtubule network though its association with STX4 and SNAP25. Acts as a potential inhibitor of pocket protein-mediated cellular processes during development by regulating the activity of RB proteins during cell division and proliferation.
