  • Immunohistochemistry Services

  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use

CDON / Cdo antibody was raised against nS0-derived rmCDO extracellular domain.
Extracellular Domain
Recognizes mouse CDO.
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Western Blot: 1-2 ug/ml with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect mouse CDO. Using a colorimetric detection system, the detection limit for rmCDO is approximately 5 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. Chemiluminescent detection will increase sensitivity by 5 to 50 fold. ELISA (direct): 0.5-1.0 ug/ml with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect mCDO. The detection limit for rmCDO is approximately 1 ng/well.

Lyophilized from PBS, 5% trehalose. Reconstitution: Reconstitute, sterile PBS. If 0.2 ml of PBS is used, the antibody concentration will be 500 ug/ml.
100 µl PBS
For research use only.
