Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use
CBX3 / HP1 Gamma antibody was raised against full length M32 GST fusion protein.
Recognizes the M32 molecule in mouse and the HP1 HS gamma molecule in man. 3H2612 has also been reported for use in Western blotting and recognizes a 22kD protein in mouse nuclear extracts. Shown to be distributed in a fine grain pattern within interphase nuclei. Species cross-reactivity: Mouse, human.
Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry (frozen), Western Blot. Western Blot: Reported.
Tissue Culture Supernatant. Supplied as a liquid, 0.1% sodium azide.
Long term: Add glycerol (40-50%) -20°C; Short term: +4°C
CBX3 Antibody, Chromobox homolog 3 Antibody, HP1Hs-gamma Antibody, Heterochromatin-like protein 1 Antibody, Modifier 2 protein Antibody, HP1-GAMMA Antibody, Chromobox protein homolog 3 Antibody, HECH Antibody, HP1 gamma Antibody, HP1 gamma homolog Antibody
Seems to be involved in transcriptional silencing in heterochromatin-like complexes. Recognizes and binds histone H3 tails methylated at 'Lys-9', leading to epigenetic repression. May contribute to the association of the heterochromatin with the inner nuclear membrane through its interaction with lamin B receptor (LBR). Involved in the formation of functional kinetochore through interaction with MIS12 complex proteins.
