Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Western blot (applications tested for the base form of this product only)
Human CATIP / C2orf62
Human (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
Monkey (at least 90% immunogen sequence identity)
Western blot (0.2 - 1 µg/ml)
(applications tested for the base form of this product only)
IHC - Paraffin
Specificity and Use
CATIP / C2orf62 antibody was raised against synthetic peptide from N-Terminus of human C2orf62 (Q6ZUJ4, NP_940961). Percent identity by BLAST analysis: Human (100%); Gorilla, Gibbon, Monkey (92%); Marmoset (85%).
Western Blot: Suggested dilution at 1 ug/ml in 5% skim milk / PBS buffer, and HRP conjugated anti-Rabbit IgG should be diluted in 1: 50,000 - 100,000 as secondary antibody.
Lyophilized from PBS with 2% sucrose
50 µl Distilled water
Long term: -20°C, the use of 50% glycerol is recommended if storing aliquots in -20°C for long term use (up to 1 year); Short term (less than one week): +4°C. Avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.
C2orf62 antibody LS-C111742 Western blot of Fetal Brain lysate. This image was taken for the base form of this product. Alternate forms, such as conjugated, azide-free, or ready-to-use, have not been tested.
