Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use
KLH-conjugated, synthetic peptide (MKRRWKKNFIAVSAANRFKKISSSGAL) corresponding to the Calmodulin Binding Protein (CBP) epitope tag found in several E. coli expression vectors. Percent identity by BLAST analysis: Human, Gorilla, Gibbon, Monkey, Marmoset, Mouse, Rat, Hamster, Elephant, Dog, Bovine, Horse, Rabbit, Pig, Opossum (100%); Turkey, Chicken (81%).
Recognizes recombinant proteins containing the calmodulin binding protein epitope tag. The immunizing sequence is identical in rabbit, mouse, and rat.
Suitable for use in Western Blot. Western Blot: 1:2000-1:5000 dilution of this lot detected a recombinant protein containing the calmodulin binding protein epitope tag in lysates from transformed E. coli.
0.2 M Tris-glycine, pH 7.4, 0.15 M sodium chloride, 0.05% sodium azide, 5 mg/ml BSA, 30% glycerol.
