Specificity and Use
ARFIP2 / Arfaptin 2 antibody was raised against synthetic peptide derived from the N-terminal region of the human Arfaptin 2 protein (ADP-ribosylation factor interacting protein 2, AFP2, Partner of Rac1, or POR1).
Recognizes human Arfaptin 2 protein at ~38kD. Also bands observed at ~23, ~35, and ~150kD in some lysate samples. Species cross-reactivity: rat.
Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence and Western Blot. Immunofluorescence: 0.3-7 ug/ml. Western Blot: 1-3 ug/ml. Positive control: Human HeLa cervical carcinoma, A549 lung carcinoma, MCF-7 breast adenocarcinoma, T47D breast ductal carcinoma, NCI-H69 lung carcinoma, rat PC12, and GFP-Arfaptin 2-transfected HeLa cell lysates.
