Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
IHC, Immunofluorescence (2 - 10 µg/ml), Western blot (1 - 10 µg/ml), ELISA (0.5 - 1 µg/ml)
Specificity and Use
AQP8 / Aquaporin 8 antibody was raised against a 16 AA synthetic peptide within the C-terminal domain of rat Aquaporin-8 (1) was selected for antibody production. This domain is predicted to be cytoplasmic.
Aquaporin 8. The immunogen peptide is unique to Aquaporin-8 without significant homology to other Aquaporins.
Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and Immunofluorescence. Western Blot: 1-10 ug/ml. ELISA: 0.5-1 ug/ml. Immunohistochemistry and Immunofluorescence: 2-10 ug/ml in a paraformaldehyde fixed sections of tissue.
PBS, pH 7.4, 0.1% BSA.
Long term: -20°C; Short term: +4°C. Avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.
