Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Goat Polyclonal to Human APOLD1 / Apolipoprotein L D1
Human APOLD1 / Apolipoprotein L D1
Human (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
Monkey, Bovine (at least 90% immunogen sequence identity)
Specificity and Use
APOLD1 / Apolipoprotein L D1 antibody was raised against synthetic peptide C-KSSRGHDLKISADQ from the C-terminus of human APOLD1 / Apolipoprotein L D1 (NP_110444.1). Percent identity by BLAST analysis: Human, Gorilla, Gibbon (100%); Marmoset, Bovine (93%); Panda, Bat, Rabbit (86%).
LS-E26804 - Lyophilized - 100 µg - $145.00
Immunizing peptide used to generate LS-C87331. Useful for pre-absorption and neutralization of the antibody's antigen binding site.
Human APOLD1 / Apolipoprotein L D1.
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:2000. Western Blot: Preliminary experiments gave an approx. 37kD band in Human Brain (Frontal Cortex) lysates after 1 ug/ml antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 27.2kD according to NP_110444.1 The 37kD band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. We would appreciate any feedback from people in the field - have any results been reported with other antibodies / lysates? Have any further splice variants / modified forms been reported?
