Recognizes the human CD97 cell surface antigen, a 74-89kD glycoprotein expressed by granulocytes, monocytes, some activated lymphocytes and weakly by resting lymphocytes (5-15%). This antibody has been reported to detect CD97 antigen weakly in Western blotting.

Usage

Western Blot: Reported. Flow Cytometry: 1:200-1:400. Use 10 ul of the suggested working dilution to label 1E6 cells or 100 ul whole blood. Immunoprecipitation.
