Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot, Flow Cytometry Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry. Immunohistochemistry (frozen and paraffin sections): 1:25, F4/80 is sensitive to 2-mercaptoethanol. The antibody requires proteinase K treatment of paraffin sections. Flow Cytometry: 1:25. Western Blot: 1:25.
