Vinculin antibody LS-B10133 is an unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody to Vinculin (VCL) from human. It is reactive with human, mouse and rat. Validated for ELISA, IF, IHC and WB. Tested on 20 paraffin-embedded human tissues.

A 16 AA peptide near the C-Terminus of human Vinculin. The immunogen is located within aa 1060-1110 of Vinculin.
Specificity
Vinculin antibody is human, mouse and rat specific. At least three isoforms of Vinculin are known to exist.

Usage
Vinculin antibody can be used for detection of Vinculin by Western blot at 1 - 2 ug/ml. Antibody validated: Western Blot in human samples; Immunohistochemistry in rat samples and Immunofluorescence in rat samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Western Blot: Predicted: 117 kDa Observed: 120kDa
