Reacts selectively with the 90kD protein (after SDS-PAGE) present in the basolateral membrane fractions of human liver.

Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, Immunofluorescence and Immunohistochemistry. Western Blot: Boiling sample before SDS-PAGE is not recommended. Samples should be kept at 37?C for 30 min. Immunohistochemistry (Frozen): Neat; Suggested incubation time: 1 hr at RT. Positive control: SCL21A6 transfected HEK293 cells.
