Rheumatoid synovial cells and human monocytes.
Specificity
Recognizes the human CD11b cell surface antigen, also known as the alphaM integrin. CD11b forms a heterodimer with CD18 and is expressed by circulating monocytes, granulocytes and also by dendritic reticulum cells in lymphoid tissue. Expression is increased on activated granulocytes. The CD11b molecule is the receptor for C3bi, fibrinogen and clotting factor X.

Usage
The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested. Flow Cytometry: Use 10 ul of the suggested working dilution to label 100 ul of whole blood or 10^6 cells in 100 ul. Method sheets are available on request.
