HLA-DR antibody LS-B7229 is an unconjugated rat monoclonal antibody to human HLA-DR. Validated for Flow and IHC. Tested on 20 paraffin-embedded human tissues.

EHR-B Ramos cells.
Specificity
Recognizes a monomorphic determinant of human HLA-DR antigen (MHC class II), expressed by B lymphocytes, activated T cells and by monocytes. Clone YE2/36 has also been reported to be cross reactive with mouse H-2 haplotypes b, d and q expressed by mouse strains including C57BL/6, DBA, and NZB. Reacts with paraffin embedded material following PLP (periodate-lysine-paraformaldehyde) fixation. This product is routinely tested in flow cytometry on human peripheral blood lymphocytes.

Usage
Flow Cytometry: This product is routinely tested in flow cytometry on human peripheral blood lymphocytes. Use 10 ul of the suggested working dilution to label 10^6 cells in 100ul. Immunohistochemistry: This clone has been described reacting with paraffin embedded material following PLP (periodate-lysine-paraformaldehyde) fixation (2).

Store at 4°C or at -20°C. Store undiluted. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles. Microcentrifugation recommended if solution contains precipitate.
