SDHD antibody LS-B8827 is an unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody to SDHD (CBT1) from human. It is reactive with human, mouse and rat. Validated for ELISA, ICC, IF, IHC and WB. Tested on 20 paraffin-embedded human tissues.

A 15 AA synthetic peptide near the center of human SDHD. The immunogen is located within aa 30-80 of SDHD.
Specificity
At least four isoforms of SDHD are known to exist; this antibody will detect the two longest isoforms.

Usage
SDHD antibody can be used for detection of SDHD by Western blot at 1 - 2 ug/mL. Antibody can also be used for immunocytochemistry starting at 2.5 ug/mL. For immunofluorescence start at 2.5 ug/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in mouse samples; Immunocytochemistry in mouse samples and Immunofluorescence in mouse samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Western Blot:
