Usage
ARID1A antibody can be used for detection of ARID1A by Western blot at 1 - 2 ug/mL. For immunofluorescence start at 20 ug/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in human samples; Immunohistochemistry in mouse samples and Immunofluorescence in mouse samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Western Blot: Predicted: 133, 227, 251 kDa Observed: 130, 260 kDa
