SV2C

Synaptic Vesicle Glycoprotein 2C

Plays a role in the control of regulated secretion in neural and endocrine cells, enhancing selectively low-frequency neurotransmission. Positively regulates vesicle fusion by maintaining the readily releasable pool of secretory vesicles.

Gene Name: Synaptic Vesicle Glycoprotein 2C
Family/Subfamily: Transporter , Synaptic vesicle neurotransmitter transporter
Synonyms: SV2C, KIAA1054, Synaptic vesicle protein 2C
Target Sequences: NM_014979 NP_055794.3 Q496J9

SV2C Antibody - Immunohistochemistry Dilution at 1:300 and staining in paraffin-embedded human endometrial cancer performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal Goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4°C overnight. The primary is detected by a biotinylated Secondary antibody and visualized using an HRP conjugated SP system.
