Presentation
Lyophilized from sterile 20mM Tris, pH 7.5, 500mm NaCl, 3mM DTT, 10% Glycerol, 5% Trehalose, 5% Mannitol, 0.01% Tween80.
Reconstitution
Always centrifuge tubes before opening. It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.15mg/ml. Do no mix by vortex.
Storage
Store lyophilized at -20°C to -80°C for up to 1 year. Aliquot and store reconstituted at 4°C to 8°C for up to 1 week, or at -20°C for up to 3 months. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
