Usage Summary
Stock solutions should be prepared at no less than 10 µg/mL in sterile buffer (PBS, HPBS, DPBS, and EBSS) containing carrier protein such as 1% BSA or HSA.
Bio-Activity
Human OX40L induces proliferation of PHA-activated human T cells in a dose dependent manner. The ED50 is 0.25 - 1.0 µg/mL. Results may vary depending on human donors and the dose of PHA.
Endotoxin
Less than 1 EU/µg (determined by LAL method).
Presentation
0.22 µm filtered protein solution in PBS
Storage
Store unopened at 2°C to 8°C for up to 3 months, at -20°C for up to 6 months, or at -70°C for up to 1 year. Store diluted at 2°C to 8°C for up to 1 month, or at -20°to -70°C for up to 3 months. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles. For maximum results, quick spin vial prior to opening.
