Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Purified / Lyophilized / Endotoxin Level: Less than 1.0 EU/µg protein (determined by LAL method).
Greater than 96% by SDS-PAGE and HPLC
Fully biologically active when compared to standard. The ED50 as determined by a cell proliferation assay using murine 2E8 cells is less than 0.2 ng/ml, corresponding to a specific activity of > 5.0 × 106 IU/mg.
Tris buffer, 50% glycerol.
Reconstitute in sterile distilled water to 0.1-1 mg/ml.
Short term: -20°C; Long term: -80°C; Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
IL7 Protein, IL-7 Protein, Interleukin-7 Protein, Interleukin 7 Protein
IL7 is a cytokine important for B and T cell development. This cytokine and the hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) form a heterodimer that functions as a pre-pro-B cell growth-stimulating factor. This cytokine is found to be a cofactor for V(D)J rearrangement of the T cell receptor beta (TCRB) during early T cell development. This cytokine can be produced locally by intestinal epithelial and epithelial goblet cells, and may serve as a regulatory factor for intestinal mucosal lymphocytes.
