Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Recombinant murine IL-22 is fully biologically active when compared to a standard. The ED50 as determined by its ability to induce IL-10 secretion in Colo205 cells is less than 0.5 ng/ml, corresponding to a specific activity of 2 x 106 IU/mg.
Less than 0.1 ng/µg of protein.
Lyophilized from PBS
Reconstitute in water to 0.1 to 1.0 mg/ml. This solution can then be stored at 4°C for 1 week or -20°C for future use. For long term storage, it is recommended to add a carrier protein (e.g., 0.1% BSA). Avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
IL-22 a member of the IL-10 family of cytokines, which also includes IL-19, IL-20, IL-24, and IL-26, a class of potent mediators of cellular inflammatory responses. IL-22 is produced by activated DC and T cells and initiates innate immune responses against bacterial pathogens especially in epithelial cells such as respiratory and gut epithelial cells.
