Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
The extracellular domain of mouse CD275 [B7-H2] (aa 48-279) is fused to the N-terminus of the Fc region of a mutant mouse IgG2a.
Mouse mutant IgG2a Fc
Greater than 98% by SDS-PAGE
Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized human ICOS at 1ug/ml (100µl/well) can bind biotinylated B7-H2 (mouse):Fc (mouse) (rec.) (non-lytic) with a linear range of 0.1-1.0ug/ml. Optimal dilutions should be determined by each laboratory for each application.
Less than 0.06 EU/µg protein (determined by LAL method).
Lyophilized from PBS.
Store lyophilized at -20°C for at least 1 year. Once reconstituted store at +4°C for immediate use, or aliquot and store at -20°C for up to 3 months. Avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.
Ligand for the T-cell-specific cell surface receptor ICOS. Acts as a costimulatory signal for T-cell proliferation and cytokine secretion; induces also B-cell proliferation and differentiation into plasma cells. Could play an important role in mediating local tissue responses to inflammatory conditions, as well as in modulating the secondary immune response by co-stimulating memory T-cell function.
