Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Recombinant Human Zinc Finger BED Domain-Containing Protein 1 is produced by our E. coli expression system and the target gene encoding Asn3-Glu100 is expressed with a 6His tag at the C-terminus.
Greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE
Less than 1.0 EU/µg protein (determined by LAL method).
Lyophilized from 0.2 µm filtered 20 mM PB, pH 7.2, 150 mM NaCl.
Lyophilized protein should be stored at less than -20°C. Reconstituted protein solution can be stored at 4-7°C for 2-7 days. Aliquots of reconstituted samples are stable at less than -20°C for 3 months.
ZBED1 Protein, Ac-like transposable element Protein, ALTE Protein, DREF homolog Protein, HDREF Protein, DREF Protein, KIAA0785 Protein, TRAMP Protein
ZBED1 / TRAMP is located in the pseudoautosomal region 1 (PAR1) of X and Y chromosomes. It was earlier identified as a gene with similarity to Ac transposable elements, however, was found not to have transposase activity. Later studies show that this gene product is localized in the nucleus and functions as a transcription factor.
