Services
  • Immunohistochemistry Services

  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

About TPSAB1 / Mast Cell Tryptase

Q15661 NM_003294 NP_003285.2

TPSAB1 Protein, Alpha tryptase Protein, Mast cell alpha II tryptase Protein, Tryptase alpha-1 Protein, Tryptase beta I Protein, Tryptase-III Protein, TPSB1 Protein, Tryptase alpha II Protein, TPS1 Protein, TPS2 Protein, Tryptase beta-1 Protein, Tryptase-1 Protein, Tryptase-I Protein, Mast cell beta I tryptase Protein, Tryptase alpha/beta 1 Protein, Tryptase alpha/beta-1 Protein, Tryptase beta 1 Protein, Tryptase I Protein

Tryptases comprise a family of trypsin-like serine proteases, the peptidase family S1. Tryptases are enzymatically active only as heparin-stabilized tetramers, and they are resistant to all known endogenous proteinase inhibitors. Several tryptase genes are clustered on chromosome 16p13.3. These genes are characterized by several distinct features.
