Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
TNNI2 Human Recombinant produced in E. coli is a single polypeptide chain containing 202 amino acids (1-182) and having a molecular mass of 23.5 kDa. TNNI2 is fused to 20 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

TNNI2 Protein, AMCD2B Protein, DA2B Protein, FSSV Protein, FsTnI Protein, Troponin I fast twitch 2 Protein, Troponin I, skeletal, fast Protein
TNNI2 is a fast-twitch skeletal muscle protein, a member of the troponin I gene family, and a component of the troponin complex including troponin T, troponin C and troponin I subunits. The troponin complex, along with tropomyosin, is responsible for the calcium-dependent regulation of striated muscle contraction. Mouse studies show that this component is also present in vascular smooth muscle and may play a role in regulation of smooth muscle function.
