Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Fully biologically active when compared to standard. The ED50 as determined by stimulation of IL8 production using human PBMC is less than 10 ng/ml, corresponding to a specific activity of > 1.0 × 105 IU/mg.
Tris buffer, 50% glycerol.
Reconstitute in sterile distilled water to 0.1-1 mg/ml.
Long term: -80°C; Short term: -20°C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
TNFSF9 Protein, 4-1BBL Protein, 4-1BB ligand Protein, 4-1BB-L Protein, CD137L Protein, Homolog of mouse 4-1BB-L Protein, Receptor 4-1BB ligand Protein
TNFSF9 / CD137L is a cytokine that belongs to the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) ligand family. This transmembrane cytokine is a bidirectional signal transducer that acts as a ligand for TNFRSF9/4-1BB, which is a costimulatory receptor molecule in T lymphocytes. This cytokine and its receptor are involved in the antigen presentation process and in the generation of cytotoxic T cells. The receptor TNFRSF9/4-1BB is absent from resting T lymphocytes but rapidly expressed upon antigenic stimulation.
