Flag-tagged GITRL bound to GITR transfected cells. HEK-293 cells were transiently transfected with a construct encoding human GITR full length. At 48 hours after transfection, the transfectants were incubated with 5 ug/ml of human FLAG-tagged GITRL protein and followed by flow cytometric analysis with anti-FLAG M2-FITC.
