Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
1. Measured in a cell proliferation assay using HUVEC human umbilical vein endothelial cells. The ED50 for this effect is typically 2-8 ng/mL. 2. Immobilized Cynomolgus mFc-TNFSF12 at 10 µg/ml (100 µl/well) can bind human Fc-TNFRSF12A, The EC50 of human Fc-TNFRSF12A is 0.07-0.15 µg/ml.
Lyophilized PBS, pH 7.4
Aliquot and store at -20°C or -80°C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
TNFSF12 / TWEAK is a cytokine that belongs to the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) ligand family. This protein is a ligand for the FN14/TWEAKR receptor. This cytokine has overlapping signaling functions with TNF, but displays a much wider tissue distribution. This cytokine, which exists in both membrane-bound and secreted forms, can induce apoptosis via multiple pathways of cell death in a cell type-specific manner.
