Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Human TG / Thyroglobulin Protein (Native) - LS-G43995
Human Expression System
TG / Thyroglobulin
Lyophilized from 25mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.0
Reconstitute with distilled water.
Upon receipt, store lyophilized product at -20°C. After reconstitution, aliquot and store at -20°C until ready for use.
For research use only.
A blood sample from the tissue donor tested negative for HIV 1, HIV 2, HCV antibodies and HBsAg. No test guarantees a product to be non-infectious. Therefore, all material derived from human fluids or tissues should be considered as potentially infectious.
TG Protein, AITD3 Protein, TDH3 Protein, Thyroglobulin Protein, TGN Protein
Thyroglobulin (TG) is a glycoprotein homodimer produced predominantly by the thryroid gland. It acts as a substrate for the synthesis of thyroxine and triiodothyronine as well as the storage of the inactive forms of thyroid hormone and iodine. Thyroglobulin is secreted from the endoplasmic reticulum to its site of iodination, and subsequent thyroxine biosynthesis, in the follicular lumen.
