Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
TCEAL1 Human Recombinant fused with an 8 amino acid His tag at C-terminus produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 167 amino acids (1-159 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 19.7kDa. The TCEAL1 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

TCEAL1 Protein, TCEA-like protein 1 Protein, p21 Protein, Pp21 Protein, SIIR Protein
TCEAL1 is a member of the transcription elongation factor A (SII)-like (TCEAL) gene family. Members of this family may function as nuclear phosphoproteins that modulate transcription in a promoter context-dependent manner. The encoded protein is similar to transcription elongation factor A/transcription factor SII and contains a zinc finger-like motif as well as a sequence related to the transcription factor SII Pol II-binding region.
