  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

About TACR1 / NK1R

P25103 NM_001058 NP_001049.1

TACR1 Protein, Neurokinin receptor 1 Protein, NK-1R Protein, Nk1 tachykinin receptor Protein, NK1R Protein, TAC1R Protein, Tachykinin 1 receptor Protein, NKIR Protein, Substance-P receptor Protein, Neurokinin 1 receptor Protein, NK-1 receptor Protein, Tachykinin receptor 1 Protein

Tachykinin Receptor 1, a member of the Tachykinin Receptor subfamily, is involved in the mediation of phosphatidylinositol metabolism by the tachykinin substance P, also referred to as neurokinin 1. It is associated with the management of depression, anxiety, and stress. It is also involved in regulating behavioral responses, neuronal survival, and cardiovascular and respiratory functions. The tachykinin receptor 1 is implicated in the progression of rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis.
