Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
SIKE1 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 230 amino acids (1-207 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 26.1kDa.SIKE1 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

SIKE1 Protein, RP5-1000E10.4 Protein, SIKE Protein, Suppressor of IKK epsilon Protein, Suppressor of IKBKE 1 Protein, Suppressor of IKK-epsilon Protein
Physiological suppressor of IKK-epsilon and TBK1 that plays an inhibitory role in virus- and TLR3-triggered IRF3. Inhibits TLR3-mediated activation of interferon-stimulated response elements (ISRE) and the IFN-beta promoter. May act by disrupting the interactions of IKBKE or TBK1 with TICAM1/TRIF, IRF3 and DDX58/RIG-I. Does not inhibit NF-kappa-B activation pathways.
