Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Human SEMA4G / Semaphorin 4G Recombinant (6His,C-terminus) Protein (Val18-Leu680) - LS-G40025
Human Human Cells
Purified / Lyophilized / Endotoxin Level: Less than 1.0 EU/µg protein (determined by LAL method).
SEMA4G / Semaphorin 4G
Recombinant Human Semaphorin 4G is produced by our Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Val18-Leu680 is expressed with a 6His tag at the C-terminus.
Greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE
Less than 1.0 EU/µg protein (determined by LAL method).
Lyophilized protein should be stored at less than -20°C. Reconstituted protein solution can be stored at 4-7°C for 2-7 days. Aliquots of reconstituted samples are stable at less than -20°C for 3 months.
SEMA4G Protein, KIAA1619 Protein, Semaphorin-4G Protein
Semaphorins are a large family of conserved secreted and membrane associated proteins which possess a semaphorin (Sema) domain and a PSI domain (found in plexins, semaphorins and integrins) in the N-terminal extracellular portion. Based on sequence and structural similarities, semaphorins are put into eight classes: invertebrates contain classes 1 and 2, viruses have class V, and vertebrates contain classes 3-7.
