Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Recombinant Human Stathmin Like-2 produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 142 amino acids (39-179 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 16.4 kDa. STMN2 is purified by conventional chromatography techniques.
Greater than 90% by SDS-PAGE
50 mM Tris-HCl, pH 7.5, 10% glycerol.
Store lyophilized at 4°C. Once reconstituted, aliquot and store at -20°C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
STMN2 Protein, SCGN10 Protein, SCG10 Protein, Stathmin-like 2 Protein, Protein SCG10 Protein, Stathmin-2 Protein
SCG10 / STMN2 is a member of the stathmin family of phosphoproteins. Stathmin proteins function in microtubule dynamics and signal transduction. The encoded protein plays a regulatory role in neuronal growth and is also thought to be involved in osteogenesis. Reductions in the expression of this gene have been associated with Down's syndrome and Alzheimer's disease. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been observed for this gene.
