Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Purified / Endotoxin Level: Less than 1.0 EU/µg protein (determined by LAL method).
RPS7 / Ribosomal Protein S7
RPS7 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 218 amino acids (1-194 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 24.7kDa.RPS7 is fused to a 24 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

RPS7 Protein, 40S ribosomal protein S7 Protein, Ribosomal protein S7 Protein, DBA8 Protein
Ribosomes, the organelles that catalyze protein synthesis, consist of a small 40S subunit and a large 60S subunit. Together these subunits are composed of 4 RNA species and approximately 80 structurally distinct proteins. This gene encodes a ribosomal protein that is a component of the 40S subunit. The protein belongs to the S7E family of ribosomal proteins. It is located in the cytoplasm.
